09-06-2016 Thai Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha pays tribute to an image of Thai King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Queen Sirikit at the Grand Palace during the 70th anniversary celebrations of Thai King Bhumibol Adulyadej's accession to the throne in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Thai king took the throne on June 9, 1946, when he was only 19. He is now the world's longest-serving monarch, one year longer than Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom.
